Ant Group open-sources Ming-3.0-tts speech models under MIT

Ant Group released Ming-3.0-tts, a small open-source text-to-speech model, in two sizes under the MIT license. It supports voice cloning, text-based voice design, 14 paralinguistic tags, seven languages plus Sichuanese and Cantonese, and multi-speaker podcasts.
